This policy explains what information Best LA Roofing ("we", "us", or "our") collects when you visit bestlaroofing.com, send us the estimate form, call or text us, why we use it, who receives it and how you can change your choices. Roofing work is performed under California contractor license CSLB #992930, held by ELVIRA OCEAN AIR INC dba Global Green Solutions and Remodeling.
In short
- We collect what you send us (name, phone, email, the service you need, your message), call and text details, and how you reached the site.
- We use it to answer your request and do the work, to measure the site and our ads, and to keep the site secure.
- Measurement and advertising tools on this site start only when you first scroll, click, type or tap, and you can switch them off at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
- Giving us your details is voluntary, but without them we cannot reply to you.
- We do not sell your personal information.

The website, its form service and the record of cookie choices are run for us by our website service provider, NZ Marketing, using the service providers named under "Who receives your information" below.
What we collect
- The estimate form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the service you need and your message, together with the page you sent it from, the time and the notices shown next to the button.
- Phone calls and texts: calls to the phone numbers on this site are handled by our call-tracking provider, which records the calling number, the time and length of the call, and the call itself. Calls are recorded, and a message at the start of each call tells you so. Text messages you send to these numbers are kept the same way.
- Emails you send us: your email address and what you write.
- Technical data: your IP address, device type, browser type and language, the page you asked for, and your approximate location derived from the IP address.
- Use of the site: page views and page load speed, counted without cookies; and, unless you switch Analytics off, the pages you view, how you reached the site, your device and approximate location, phone link taps and estimate form sends, measured with Google Analytics cookies.
- How you reached us: the page you first landed on, the website that sent you (referrer), campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and ad click ids in the link (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, msclkid).
- Cookies and similar ids: the cookies and browser storage listed in the table below, including an anonymous visitor id for your cookie choice.
Why we use it
- Form, call, text and email details: to answer your request, call or text you back about your project as the notice next to the form says, prepare estimates and contracts, and keep the records the law requires, including a record of the consent you gave when you sent the form.
- Call recordings: to check the quality of our service and to keep a record of what was agreed on the call.
- Technical data and use of the site: to deliver and protect the site, to filter spam and abuse out of form submissions, and to see which pages work.
- How you reached us and ad click ids: to understand which pages, searches and ads bring us customers, and to measure our ads.
- Hashed contact details: when you came from one of our ads, your email and phone number, in hashed form (SHA-256, so the platform can match them but not read them), together with the ad click id, so the advertising platform can tell us that the ad led to a request.
- Cookie choice and visitor id: to remember your choice and to keep a record of it.
Who receives your information
- Hosting, analytics and form service (Cloudflare): technical data, to host and protect this site; page views and load speed, for Cloudflare Web Analytics visit counts; what you send in the form and the record of your cookie choice, to receive and store them; and email routing.
- AI service provider (Google Gemini): the text of your request, for automated spam screening of form submissions.
- Analytics (Google Analytics): technical data and use of the site, with its cookie ids, unless you switch Analytics off, to see which pages and sources bring visitors and requests.
- Advertising platforms (Google) for ad measurement: ad click ids and hashed contact details, to measure our ads.
- Translation (Google Translate): the page text, only when you choose a language in the site header, to translate it.
- Messaging services (WhatsApp, Telegram) and email: alerts that send your request to our team.
- Call tracking (CallRail): call and text details and call recordings, for the phone numbers on this site.
- Our team: everything you send us, to answer you and do the work.
- Authorities: only when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
Giving us information is voluntary
You do not have to give us any personal information. Without your name and phone number we cannot reply to your request. You can use the site with analytics and advertising tools switched off.
Cookies and similar tools
We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a small script from our hosting provider that counts page views and page load speed. It sets no cookies and does not identify you or track you across other sites. We also use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit, how they found the site, and when they tap a phone number or send the estimate form. It sets the cookies listed below and starts only on your first scroll, click, key press, tap or focus on a form field, as the cookie notice at the bottom of the screen says when you arrive; it never starts, and its cookies are deleted, when you switch Analytics off in Cookie settings. The site runs no advertising pixel.

How to change your choice: use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Switch Analytics or Advertising off and save: those tools never load on this browser and their cookies are deleted. You can switch them back on the same way. You can also block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser's settings (usually under Privacy or Site data). The site keeps working without them.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Our website does not change what it does when your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. To stop analytics and advertising tools, use Cookie settings.
Text messages
If you gave us your phone number through the form, we may call and text you as the notice next to the form says. Reply STOP to any text from us to stop texts.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may withdraw any consent you gave: withdrawing stops future use, it does not undo use before it. How long we keep it
- Requests, calls, texts, recordings and emails: as long as we need them to handle your request and the work that follows it, and longer only when the law requires; you can ask us to delete them sooner.
- Cookie choice record: 12 months from your choice.
Security and transfers
Information sent to and from the site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access to our systems is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Our service providers may process your information in the United States and in other countries where they operate.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on their property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
When we make a material change, we post the new version on this page with a new version number and effective date, and when the change affects the cookies or tools the cookie notice covers, the notice shows again on your next visit.
