Roof leaks don’t wait, and neither should you
A small leak right now can become a big, expensive problem in a few weeks. Water travels along rafters and decking before it shows up on your ceiling, so by the time you see a stain, the damage is already spreading.
We repair roofs across Los Angeles and have for over 15 years. When you call, we get out fast, find the actual source of the problem, and fix it properly.
What we repair
We fix the full range of residential and commercial roof problems. Missing, cracked, or wind-lifted shingles get matched for color and material so the repair blends in.
For leaks, we trace the water path back to the actual entry point. The leak on your ceiling is rarely directly below the problem on your roof. We find where water is really getting in and fix it at the source.
Flashing around chimneys, vents, skylights, and wall junctions is where most roof leaks start. We remove the old material, install new flashing, and seal it correctly. After storms or Santa Ana winds, we handle emergency tarping first and come back for the permanent repair. We also help with insurance documentation.
We also repair flat roof systems (TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen) for commercial buildings and LA-style flat-roof homes, and we rebuild valleys and ridges where water collects fastest.
Our repair process
- Inspection — We get on the roof (and in the attic if needed), take photos, and identify every issue. Not just the obvious one.
- Honest assessment — If a repair makes sense, we say so. If your roof is too far gone and you’d be wasting money on patches, we tell you that too.
- Written estimate — You get a clear price before any work starts. No surprises.
- Repair — Our crew does the work, typically the same week. Most repairs take a few hours to one day.
- Cleanup and photos — We clean up everything, take after photos, and walk you through what we did.
How much does a roof repair cost in LA?
Most residential roof repairs run between $300 and $1,500. The price depends on what is damaged, how accessible the roof is, and what materials are needed. Flat roof repairs on commercial buildings can cost more depending on the system. We give you an exact number before starting.
When to repair vs. replace
A good rule of thumb: if the damage is isolated to one area and the rest of your roof is in decent shape, a repair is the right call. If you are patching the same roof every year, or if the roof is past its expected lifespan, a replacement usually makes more financial sense. We will give you an honest recommendation either way.
